Lately I've really been standing by the quote at the top: "Well done is much better than well said." I find this to be so true. Life is never perfect, and things come up (like a lot of financial issues for me this week); but I always try my hardest to be accountable for what I say, follow-through, and be someone who backs up their words with definite actions. I hold up my end of the bargain as best I can.
I feel that, in business and in life, this counts for so much in a person. I want others to note my actions, and see me as a person who gets things done. I don't want to be known as the girl who shells out empty promises left and right. I want people to have confidence in me and my business; rather than feeling like, "I'll believe it when I see it."
This weekend my goal is to update my Etsy Shop with 5 new items.
(I just listed this new Bohemian Elephant Charm Necklace tonight!)
How are you going to tackle giving yourself the "Well Done!" this weekend?

So true. I think some of the best qualities for someone to have is to be reliable, accountable and true to their word.
ReplyDeleteI love all the jewelry in your Etsy shop by the way, gorgeous!
Oh and thanks for stopping by my blog today and leaving a lovely comment :)
Sarah - I totally agree! And thank you :) I'm so glad I found your blog - I'm one of your newest followers ;) Thanks for a great post!
ReplyDeleteThat drawing is stunning! Your blog is looking beautiful as always.
ReplyDeleteI just wanted to say thank you for following my baking blog, Pearl Whisk. I really appreciate the support you have shown.
I wanted to quickly take the time to let you know that I have recently started a new blog. Using my knowledge as a biomedical scientist, I aim to expose the truth about beauty whilst presenting readers with tips and advice on how they can derive their own, natural beauty products. I hope I will see you there.
All the best,
Voe.
