If I had a theme song, it would be
Waltz of the Flowers
from the Nutcracker.

I like this version better, but it wouldn't let me embed it :(

"Music is no illusion, but rather a revelation. Its triumphant power lies in the fact that it reveals to us beauties we find in no other sphere; and the apprehension of them is not transitory, but a perpetual reconcilement to life."
Tchaikovsky

  1. Oh yes, it's a beautiful piece. :D

I'm a huge fan of "Dance of the Snowflakes" myself. It's probably the most "dangerous" and dissonant piece from the Nutcracker. It feels like a real storm, and snow storms in Russia are no joke - people die in those things!

  2. I also have Dance of the Snowflakes on my playlist! I love that one too :)

And I can imagine - I've always wanted to visit Russia, just not during a snowstorm!
