And now, here is a lovely work in progress of one of my commissions.
I sort of fell in love with Mr. Whale there and got carried away :) Those are the best commissions: when it's 2am and I'm like, "Awww, do I HAVE TO go to bed?!" I'm not 100% sold on the yellow/orange walls. We'll see if those change. I usually paint to my Instrumental Playlist on youtube; there's something about it, it just helps it flow. Tonight I was diggin on one of my all-time favourites: the Braveheart Theme. Hauntingly beautiful, perfect for an underwater scene with a ginormous whale suspended in the bubbles. It's my favourite movie, hollllly cow.
